Grammys 2012 ;)

Have to mention the looks of the stars at the Grammys, here are some of my faves...


Adele loves here black eyeliner and flicks but I'm loving the bold lip think it works really well with her colouring and is a bit different from her normal look. Old hollywood at its best. I would have liked to see a little more contouring on those fantastic cheekbones.




Love, love, love Carrie Underwood's look. Classic beauty, simple and elegant with some lashes for extra va va voom! It looks like she has used a sparkly pink/nude shadow with some black liner on the water line and a nude lip to finish.



I loved Rhianna's smokey eye and pale pink lip. I thought that a few of the stars where quite understated with their make up which is nice, I guess a lot of their fabulous dresses speak out rather than make up. Even Lady Gaga was pretty subdued, apart from the net of course ;)




I think my favourite out of all the above looks is Carrie Underwood. I'll try recreate it and post it up soon!

I love make up. I like high end brands (although mostly can't afford them) but I also like high street and low end brands. I've never tried collection 2000 foundation as I usually like Bourjois and Maybelline but thought I would try it out. Review Gosh Foundation Primer

This is my first primer I have to admit. I had read really good things about this and as I'm a bridesmaid in a few days time, and have decided to do my own make up!, I really wanted something that would be good for an all day set on my make up. This is a fantastic product. Its soooo smooth hence the velvet touch name. It also has quite a nice fragrance as well. I only needed a tiny amount and my make up stayed on all night with no touch up needed.This primer provides a great finish and evens out everything. It dries in really quickly as well and soaks great into the skin. I used this after moisturising, under my foundation and then set it with a loose powder. There are so many primers on the market and I dont use it every day only really on nights out and things but it definetely does what it says.
