Best Liquid Eyeliners - Budget Buys
For a long time, I was hopeless with liquid eyeliner, after lots of practice I have it down to a fine art, not without the great selection on the market, here are some of my favourite budget brands. Rimmel Exaggerate Eyeliner - £5.29 This has a great brush and is really easy to apply. The black is a good colour and lasts a long time, its pretty reasonble in price too. Miss Sporty Fabulous Glam Eyeliner - £2.99 This eyeliner is fantastic, great product and great price! The brush is really fine, I know some people might not like it, but I think it helps the product glide on smoothly. The colour is really black as well which I love. Collection 2000 Fast Stroke Eyeliner - £2.49 This has a really narrow brush so can create a great line, bargain price and really good product thats long lasting. 2 True Effortless Eyeliner - £1.99 This has quite a quick small brush but it carries a lot of product and does go on nicely, this is a good choice for people who are maybe trying ...
