Skin Care Organisation

Making sure our skin care products are in date and really working is super important, not much point in spending all our hard earned pennies on this fabulous make up if the base isn't right. Here are my tips for giving your skin products a once over. Firstly, I'd get all of your daily skin care products out and line them up so you can have a good look. Everything, samples your using the last of, cleanser and night products too. The main things your looking for are; Has anything separated or changed colour/consistency? Has anything expired? Are any of them empty (if not in a clear bottle etc)? Obviously you need to throw any of these products away now if you answered yes! You should have left four main products, or at least the products you want to use daily for your routine. Moisturiser, cleanser, exfoliator and or sunscreen or whatever your choices are. Also of course you should get rid of anything that you feel isn't working or you don't like. If you ...

Best Contouring/Highlighting Products High Street/Chemist

Image
Whether you like a natural line or you go for the 'I have my own TV show' contour, it has been a big craze pretty much since Mrs K West showed her interesting (some might say) contouring regime. Now, I myself prefer less is more look but I've had a look at the best of the best products in my humble opinion. There are a LOT of contouring products out there so I've narrowed down high end and cheaper alternatives. Now, first step to getting your Kardashian on is to note that everyone has to contour to their individual face shape, details below my beauties.   Contouring may seem a little daunting, but its really easy as long as you get the right products for your skin tone and texture, you can achieve the p erfect contour. I like both as I have normal skin, I will usu ally use a cream and po w der together for extra shin e!     Base You can contour on top of your foundation if preferred and also use concealer and darker shade of contour onto skin and bl...

Beauty on a Budget

I am huge fan of a bargain, particularly when it comes to beauty. It's good to keep in mind that people may have high end taste but are on a budget. However, I believe that doesn't mean you don't always get better products. My Pinterest is full of dupes and I have tried a LOT, some are fantastic, some not so much but it's always fun trying them out. I've made a list of some of my favourite beauty budget buys I hope its of interest! L'oreal Colour Riche Eyeshadows I really like these eyeshadows. The texture is re ally soft and very pigmented. I find them to be easy to blend and are pretty long lasting with a primer I think these are a great formula and come in a great range of colours. £7.99 for quad eyeshadow/£5.99 for single Garnier Moisture Bomb Night This is a really great lightweight moisturiser and really hydrates my skin. I think its ideal for hotter weather as well so grab it while you can. £5.99 e.l.f. Studio Contouring Blus...
