Budget Beauty - Toners

If your'e anything like me and continually looking for a favourite toner then this is the post for you. I've tried and tested a few different ones so you don't have to. The best toner will not only restore the skin's PH balance after cleasing but can soothe, hydrate, brighten and exfoliate.

1.    Superdrug  Vitmain E Toning Facial Miss rrp £5.00 for 150ml

Works well on normal/dry skin. Enriched with soothing aloe vera it revitalises and tones the face giving a boost of moisture with each spray.  This is my second bottle! Perfect for using with and without makeup. Handy spray bottle so can be used on the go.

 2.    Garnier Natural Aloe Extract Toner rrp £1.74 for 200ml

Garnier's first toner made with 96% natural ingredients. Enriched with aloe vera extract, known for its hydrating powers. It removes make up residue and impurities whilst toning your skin and leaving it feeling refreshed.

3.    Mario Badescu Witch Hazel & Rose Water Toner rrp £13.50 for 236ml

This toner would be suitable for oily skin types due to the witch hazel. This plant extract gets rid of oil, fights acne-causing bacteria and can reduce irritation.

4.     Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic rrp £16.50

Alcohol-free this gentle floral-scented skin toni adds moisture to skin while brightening, soothing and refreshing. Suitable for all skin types.

This cult favourite does what it says on the bottle. Gentle exfoliates, brightens and soothes skin to leave a glowing complexion.
