Maybe(lline) we aren't born with it!!... maybelline review
So I have to say I've mainly only really ever bought the Maybelline mascara's before and their foundations which are pretty awesome! However, when I notice they where having a 3 for 2 offer at Boots I thought I might as well indulge!
I bought the falsies mascara and two lipsticks. I'd heard good things about the color sensation and was looking and everyday lipstick for work and a shimmery one for evening!
620 Pink Brown
The pink brown colour is just so gorgeous! It's the perfect natural shade with a kick! It's in a lovely natural rosy shade with just the right amount of fllush. If your into particular names for lipsticks then don't be put off by that!
This shade adds instant colour to my face even if I'm not wearing a lot of make up.So, for colour alone,this lipstick in gets five stars. I do find I have to reapply but not too often. I also really like the packaging its quite sleek and the texture is really smooth.
Its also really like pattisserie/hug me;
The delicate pearl is quite sheer lipsticks so they need building up, unless you like a subtle application. This shade is also are very shimmery and the colours look gorgeous on. I find that some lipsticks can be quite drying but these are really moisturising. I also like to mix both shades together.
Lastly is the mascara! I am a huge mascara addict and I love love love this! The brush is so unsual and has a perfect spoon shape which you can move in the exact ways to creat fab lashes! Its really lightweight and the packaging is lovely and bright.
For a high street brand these products are brilliant and I would highly recommend y'all try them asap!
